Froccer

Froccer is a mix of ultimate frisbee and soccer. Instead of scoring touchdowns like in ultimate, the team will receive a point after getting the disc into a goal, like soccer. The goals are small goals and the game is intended to be played without a goalie.

Getting the disc into a goal, rather than scoring like a touchdown creates a more dynamic side of the game. The normal rules of ultimate frisbee apply, only the scoring is different. Rather than having a few fast players that can run down the field, chucking the frisbee at them and hoping it doesn’t get block, players must develop a “short game” in order to move the frisbee enough to score a goal.
